1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Trumin Marine website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Trumin Marine provides marine equipment supply, vessel trading, international procurement, and logistics services to the global maritime industry. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Vessel deck and safety equipment supply
- Marine engine and spare parts sourcing
- Heavy equipment trading
- International marine procurement
- Logistics and port delivery services
- B2B marine supply partnerships
3. Orders and Quotations
All quotations provided by Trumin Marine are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written confirmation. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and shall be confirmed at the time of order placement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and may include wire transfer, letter of credit, or other mutually agreed methods. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, and shipping conditions. Trumin Marine shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, port congestion, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
6. Product Quality and Warranty
All products supplied by Trumin Marine meet international maritime standards. We offer warranties as provided by the original equipment manufacturers. Claims for defective products must be reported within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant documentation.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Custom-ordered or specially sourced items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned goods, subject to inspection and approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trumin Marine's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Trumin Marine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to Terms
Trumin Marine reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
